A twist on the classic Italian soup made with borlotti beans fresh spinach and pesto

Butterflied flank steak stuffed with fresh spinach, mozzarella cheese, fresh herbs, rolled and roasted served with stuffed courgetti, green beans, herb roasted potato and an aged balsamic gravy

Prosciutto Wrapped Chicken Breast
Stuffed with mascarpone cheese, smoked pancetta and sundried tomatoes, oven baked then finished
with a cream and red pimento sauce served with stuffed courgette, green beans and
lemon and thyme crushed potatoes

Pan fried Sea Bream
Served with pepperonata, rosemary roasted new potatoes, green beans, stuffed courgette, roasted vine cherry tomatoes and a kale pesto
